1. Important Notice

The user should read it carefully (minors should read it with a guardian) and fully understand the terms of this agreement. Unless the user accepts this agreement, the user should immediately stop registration and use.

After the user is successfully registered, "Shengwei Chinese" will give each user a user account and corresponding password. 2. Service content

The specific content of the "Shengwei Chinese" service is provided by "Shengwei Chinese" according to the actual situation, such as Chinese courses, Chinese proficiency test, HSK question training, correction composition, HSK full text test, HSK mock test, etc.

Some of the services provided by "Shengwei Chinese" (such as correction of composition) are fee-based services, and users need to pay a certain fee to "Shengwei Chinese" to use the fee-based services. For paid services, "Shengwei Chinese" will give users a clear reminder before using them. Only when the user confirms that he is willing to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts, the user can use the paid service. If the user refuses to pay the relevant fees, "Shengwei Chinese" has the right not to provide the user with such fee-based services.

The user understands that "Shengwei Chinese" only provides software-related services, in addition to equipment related to related software services (such as mobile phones, personal computers and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the required fees (Such as the telephone fee and Internet fee paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fee paid for using the mobile network) should be borne by the user.

The user agrees that "Shengwei Chinese" uses the user information obtained through the service, including but not limited to using it on the rankings, so that other users of "Shengwei Chinese" can view the user's profile picture, name, number of answers and other personal information.

3. User rules

(1) After the user is successfully registered, the user has the right to use the "Shengwei Chinese" software function to share and communicate with the user, including topic comments, answer statements, user composition and sharing all other content that is of interest to the user.

(2) Users have the right to use the personal homepage, photo upload and share personal information provided by "Shengwei Chinese".

(3) Users must abide by relevant national laws and regulations when using "Shengwei Chinese", and the content must not contain any of the following information:

(3-1) Those who oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(3-2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3-3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(3-4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(3-5) Undermine national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstition;

(3-6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability;

(3-7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or instigate crime;

(3-8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legal rights of others;

(3-9) Contain false, harmful, intimidating, infringement of the privacy of others, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;

(3-10) Contains other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and any norms with legal effect;

(3-11) Contains content deemed unfavorable to the operation of "Shengwei Chinese" by "Shengwei Chinese".

(4) The user must be clear about the rules of use, and must not use "Shengwei Chinese" for investigation, advertising, or Chinese learning for other commercial purposes, and commercial or commercial promotion activities that are not expressly permitted by "Shengwei Chinese".

(5) The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the information published and disseminated when using "Shengwei Chinese", and guarantees not to publish rumors or other remarks and information that are inconsistent with the facts and cause discomfort to others.

(6) The user guarantees not to publish or disseminate information that violates intellectual property rights while using "Shengwei Chinese".

(7) If the user commits the aforementioned (3)-(6) behaviors, the user shall bear all responsibilities for violations and torts, and if any loss is caused to "Shengwei Chinese", "Shengwei Chinese" has the right to claim rights to the responsible user. At the same time, "Shengwei Chinese" has the right to terminate the provision of services to users who violate laws, infringements and regulations. 4. Intellectual Property

(1) When users use "Shengwei Chinese" to share personal works or interpret others' works, they must not infringe the copyright of third parties.

5. Service change, interruption or termination

In the event of any of the following situations, "Shengwei Chinese" has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services under this agreement to users at any time:

(2) The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this agreement;

(3) The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee to "Shengwei Chinese" when using the charged service;

(4) The occurrence of force majeure such as natural disasters causes "Shengwei Chinese" to fail to operate.
