1. Important Notice

The user should read it carefully (minors should read it with a guardian) and fully understand the terms of this agreement. Unless the user accepts this agreement, the user should immediately stop registration and use.

When the user clicks the "Agree" button during the registration process, it means that the user fully accepts all the terms under this agreement.

After the user is successfully registered, "Shengwei Learning" will give each user a user account and corresponding password. The user account and password shall be kept by the user; the user shall keep the account and password properly to prevent leakage, if the account and password are stolen , The user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out with his user account.

2. Service content

The specific content of the "Shengwei Learning" service is provided by "Shengwei Learning" according to the actual situation, such as Chinese courses, Chinese proficiency test, HSK question training, correction composition, HSK full text test, HSK mock test, etc.

Some of the services provided by "Shengwei Learning" (such as correction of composition) are fee-based services, and users need to pay a certain fee to "Shengwei Learning" to use the fee-based services. For paid services, "Shengwei Learning" will give users a clear reminder before using them. Only when the user confirms that he is willing to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts, the user can use the paid service. If the user refuses to pay the relevant fees, "Shengwei Learning" has the right not to provide the user with such fee-based services.

The user understands that "Shengwei Learning" only provides software-related services, in addition to equipment related to related software services (such as mobile phones, personal computers and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the required fees (Such as the telephone fee and Internet fee paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fee paid for using the mobile network) should be borne by the user.

The user agrees that "Shengwei Learning" uses the user information obtained through the service, including but not limited to using it on the rankings, so that other users of "Shengwei Learning" can view the user's profile picture, name, number of answers and other personal information.

3. User rules

(1) After the user is successfully registered, the user has the right to use the "Shengwei Learning" software function to share and communicate with the user, including topic comments, answer statements, user composition and sharing all other content that is of interest to the user.

(2) Users have the right to use the personal homepage, photo upload and share personal information provided by "Shengwei Learning".

(3) Users must abide by relevant national laws and regulations when using "Shengwei Learning", and the content must not contain any of the following information:

(3-1) Those who oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(3-2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3-3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(3-4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(3-5) Undermine national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstition;

(3-6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability;

(3-7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or instigate crime;

(3-8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legal rights of others;

(3-9) Contain false, harmful, intimidating, infringement of the privacy of others, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;

(3-10) Contains other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and any norms with legal effect;

(3-11) Contains content deemed unfavorable to the operation of "Shengwei Learning" by "Shengwei Learning".

(4) The user must be clear about the rules of use, and must not use "Shengwei Learning" for investigation, advertising, or Chinese learning for other commercial purposes, and commercial or commercial promotion activities that are not expressly permitted by "Shengwei Learning".

(5) The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the information published and disseminated when using "Shengwei Learning", and guarantees not to publish rumors or other remarks and information that are inconsistent with the facts and cause discomfort to others.

(6) The user guarantees not to publish or disseminate information that violates intellectual property rights while using "Shengwei Learning".

(7) If the user commits the aforementioned (3)-(6) behaviors, the user shall bear all responsibilities for violations and torts, and if any loss is caused to "Shengwei Learning", "Shengwei Learning" has the right to claim rights to the responsible user. At the same time, "Shengwei Learning" has the right to terminate the provision of services to users who violate laws, infringements and regulations. (8) The user agrees that "Shengwei Learning" has the right to place various commercial advertisements or any other types of commercial information in various ways in the process of providing services, and the user agrees to accept "Shengwei Learning" via email or Send product promotions or other related commercial information to users in other ways.

4. Intellectual Property

(1) When users use "Shengwei Learning" to share personal works or interpret others' works, they must not infringe the copyright of third parties.

(2) The copyright of the original information contained in the information shared by the user using "Shengwei Learning" belongs to the user, and the user's sharing behavior is a license for network transmission, and other users are authorized to copy and disseminate the aforementioned information.

(3) Users use the data generated by platform assets such as "Shengwei Learning" database, artificial intelligence tools, curriculum framework tools, test question generation tools, and "Shengwei Learning" to share the signature and use rights of works.

(4) The user uses the automatically generated courses, exercises, test questions and other data provided by "Shengwei Learning", such as databases, artificial intelligence tools, curriculum framework tools, test question generation tools, and derivatives in electronic and paper forms, to pay for " After the corresponding usage fee stipulated by "Shengwei Learning", users have the right to download and commercial publish.

5. Service change, interruption or termination

In view of the particularity of the service, the user agrees that "Shengwei Learning" has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the services (including paid services and free services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted or terminated service is a free service, "Shengwei Learning" does not need to notify the user, nor does it need to bear any responsibility to any user or any third party; if the changed, interrupted or terminated service is a paid service, “Planet Chinese” shall notify users in advance before the change, interruption or termination, and shall provide the affected users with equivalent alternative fee-based services. In the event of any of the following situations, "Shengwei Learning" has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services under this agreement to users at any time:

(1) The personal information provided by the user is not true;

(2) The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this agreement;

(3) The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee to "Shengwei Learning" when using the charged service;

(4) The occurrence of force majeure such as natural disasters causes "Shengwei Learning" to fail to operate.

If the user’s registered free service account has not been actually used for any consecutive 90 days, or the user’s registered paid service account has not been actually used for 180 consecutive days after the expiration of the service subscription for the paid service, "Shengwei Learning" Have the right to delete the account and stop providing related services to the user.
